You see Shizzy if you always care about the poulation youll lose in the long run. The idea is to make friends and share your knowledge. To learn from other artists, to be happy of what you draw. If you don't draw what you love then why are you drawing. I love animals, and mrs bolt wouldn't allow me very often to draw them. so in doing so I lost what I had. My drive. Draw what you love and in time you will love what you draw.. even now I'm sure there is 1 thing that you love in every one of your drawings. whither it be an eye, of the lips, or maybe the whole picture..
Use what you know to your advantage. Your a great artist. if you can't do something, fiddle with it. Use what you have on paper to your advantage. If one pse doesn't work try anouther and soon your art will be a magnificant work in this world.
If you love drawin. Don't give it up for popularity. and as for rude and obnouxious comments. If they don't know you, then their comment doesn't mean much. Because they don't knwo what you have to go through, if your having a bad day. Off days are normal for people, remeber that. Every draws a bit of saddness or heartbreak or blood every once in a while... its just some don't show it.

I don't want to solve my problem.
I like what I draw. It may be second-rate-slop-togethers but it's my slop so I'm keepin it.
I have never changed my style and probably never will. I will instead absorb what I learn and incorpurate it with my style...
just as I've always done, and so like many others have.
why the hell should i draw the genaric? I will draw what I want when I want and however I please.
It never stopped me in art class... which to my surprise, should have failed and desoyed itself... but, apparently did enough to pass...
lookin back now I really have drawn whatever I wanted...
hell... my last art thing I turned in for mrs. bolts class had a big, cartoony Tiki Man in the middle of it.
most of those art things were cartoons... for the past couple years thats all they were.

and truth be told... I hate drawling scenery. its boring as crap. but it's a good way to waste time...
I don't think I've ever takin art seriously. so far my favorite thing I've done would be the tokyo turtle, but that one has problems with detail, perspective,
and other silly mistakes.
But it's great all the same. If it didn't have mistakes it wouldn't be a second-rate-slop-together... so it wouldn't fit with the rest of my stuff.
It'll probably never be moved to scraps... I'm eventually going to move planet test 1 the- wait...

She is not an emo. Sure she may have family problems but not enough problems to just go out and make comments like you have just done.
This kinda reminds me of Tim Burtons the Corpse bride... except the ribs that show are on the other side. ^__^
